World Physical Therapy Day 2025 at Ziauddin University Sukkur Campus
Ziauddin College of Physical Therapy, Ziauddin University – Sukkur Campus celebrated World Physical Therapy Day 2025 with great energy and enthusiasm.
The event was hosted by DPT Batch IV students, while the beautiful decorations were a joint effort of Batch IV & V, creating an impressive and lively setup.
We were honored to have two guest speakers with us:
Dr. Fizza Iftikhar Ahmad – Consultant Thoracic Surgeon & Assistant Professor
Dr. Dost Muhammad Sohu – Orthopedic Surgeon
Both shared valuable insights on rehabilitation after surgery and fall prevention in the elderly, making the sessions highly engaging and informative.
Principal Dr. Muhammad Usman Khan appreciated the outstanding efforts of the students and faculty. Shields and Ajrak were presented to the guest speakers as tokens of appreciation.
A special highlight of the event was a sketch of Dr. Sir Ziauddin Ahmed, created and gifted to the college by Manila Tareen from Batch V.
The day ended with a Food Gala, refreshing moments, and entertaining activities including a funny Mushaira and a CPR skit, which were thoroughly enjoyed by students, faculty, and guests.
This was truly a milestone achievement, reflecting the teamwork and dedication of our students and faculty.
